    I enjoy shopping and have been all over the World, but this by far is one of the worst experience I've come across. Kaitlin the manager, was rude, arrogant and offensive in the way she was addressing me and displayed awful judgmental behaviour towards my colegue and I. Customer service ZERO!

    Crazy busy this time of year. Bit frustrating to wait when you know what you want. Team are pleasant, but would encourage to put more people on. Saw a few people walk out a they didn't want to wait

    Really bad customer service, the staff has no patient, no passions and kind of rude , stupid policy, everything you purchased no refundable and the staff won't tell you before charging you. Overall really bad shopping experience.
